46 Tampering with seized things
(1)
If an authorised person restricts access to a seized thing, a person must not tamper with the thing, or something restricting access to the thing, without an authorised person’s approval.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.

In this section—
tamper includes attempt to tamper.
