98 Effect of election
(1)
The electing party may, on behalf of the supplier, do anything the supplier could do as a party to the proceeding including settling any matter arising in the proceeding.
(2)
The supplier must not do anything as a party to the proceeding unless authorised to do so by the electing party.
(3)
The supplier must assist the electing party to act under subsection (1) including by executing all documents that the electing party considers necessary for that purpose.
