29 Taking water for stock or domestic purposes—Act, s 103
For section 103(a) of the Act—
(a)
the location stated is a watercourse (other than a part of a watercourse used for distribution of water by a holder of a resource operations licence), lake or spring in the plan area; and
(b)
the way stated is any way.
