3 Days in riffle drown-out flow periods
An environmental flow objective for surface water to which this plan applies is that at each node stated in column 1 in the following table the performance indicator mentioned in subsection (2) must be no more than the percentage, of the total number of days in the simulation period, that is stated in column 3 of the table opposite the node.
The performance indicator is the total number of days in riffle drown-out flow periods.
In this section—
riffle drown-out flow period, for a node, is a continuous period—
that is during the simulation period; and
during which daily water flows at the node are greater than the daily riffle drown-out flow volume stated in column 2 of the table opposite the node.
