32 Purpose for which unallocated water may be granted
Unallocated water in the plan area may be granted only for the following purposes—
(a)
for unallocated water held as a general reserve—any purpose;
(b)
for unallocated water held as a strategic reserve—town water supply;
(c)
for unallocated water held as an Indigenous reserve—an Indigenous purpose.
