33 Processes for releasing unallocated water—Act, s 43
(1)
For section 43(2)(f) of the Act, this section states the process for releasing unallocated water reserved under this plan.
(2)
The process for granting unallocated water under a strategic reserve is the process stated in the Water Regulation 2016, part 2, division 2, subdivision 2.
(3)
The process for granting unallocated water under an Indigenous reserve is a process stated in the water management protocol for this plan.
