56 Interference with water related to the granting of unallocated water
(1)
This section applies if the purpose of the proposed interference with water is related to the releasing of unallocated water under the process mentioned in section 33.
(2)
The interference must not be greater than is necessary for the purpose of taking the unallocated water.
