57 Contents of water licence
(1)
A water licence to take unsupplemented water must state each of the following—
(a)
the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence;
(b)
the nominal entitlement for the licence;
(c)
the daily volumetric limit for the licence;
(d)
if a condition applies to the licence, including, for example, a flow condition under which water may be taken or a condition about storing water taken under the licence—the condition.
(2)
However—
(a)
subsection (1)(b) does not apply to a licence that states a purpose of ‘hydro-electric’ or ‘relift’; and
(b)
subsection (1)(c) does not apply to a licence that states a purpose of ‘relift’.
