20 Assessing impact of decisions
(1)
The IQQM computer program’s simulation for the simulation period is used to assess consistency with the objectives.
(2)
If it is not practicable to use the IQQM computer program, another assessment method approved by the chief executive may be used.
(3)
The chief executive may approve an assessment method for subsection (2) only if the chief executive is satisfied the method will assess consistency with the objectives at least as accurately as the IQQM computer program.
