25 Matters to be considered for water allocation dealing rules
(1)
In deciding the water allocation dealing rules, to be included in the water management protocol, for authorisations to take water in a part of the plan area, the chief executive must consider—
(a)
the ongoing management of the Lower Burdekin delta groundwater system; and
(b)
the implications, for the availability of water under water allocations, of changes to the frequency, duration, magnitude and timing of limited water availability.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the matters the chief executive may consider.
