33A Processes for release of unallocated water
(1)
Subsection (2) applies to the release of unallocated water held as—
(a)
a general reserve; or
(b)
a strategic reserve for a State purpose.
(2)
The process for releasing the unallocated water is the process stated in the Water Regulation 2016, part 2, division 2, subdivision 2.
(3)
Subsection (4) applies to the release of unallocated water held as—
(a)
a strategic reserve for a purpose other than a State purpose; or
(b)
a SunWater reserve.
(4)
The process for releasing the unallocated water is the process stated in the water management protocol.
