33B Unallocated water released for coordinated project or project of regional significance
(1)
This section applies to a volume of unallocated water released from the strategic reserve for either of the following State purposes—
(a)
a coordinated project;
(b)
a project of regional significance.
(2)
The volume of unallocated water is released only for the life of the project and, on conclusion of the project, the volume of water returns to the strategic reserve as unallocated water to be released for State purposes.
