56 Matters to be stated on new water allocation
A new water allocation must state the following—
(a)
the location from which water may be taken under the allocation;
(b)
the water allocation zone in which the location is situated;
(c)
the maximum rate for the allocation;
(d)
the volumetric limit for the allocation;
(e)
the purpose for which water may be taken under the allocation;
(f)
any conditions of the water allocation.
