35 Assessing consistency with particular objectives
(1)
To assess the consistency of a decision with the environmental flow objectives and the water allocation security objectives, the model computer program’s simulation for the simulation period must be used.
(2)
If it is not practicable to use the model computer program’s simulation, another kind of assessment approved by the chief executive may be used.
(3)
In this section—
model computer program means—
(a)
the eWater Source computer program; or
(b)
the MODFLOW computer program; or
(c)
the statistical analysis and reporting programs associated with a computer program mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
