52 Working out volumetric limit
(1)
This section applies for working out, for section 48(1)(b)(iv), the volumetric limit for the water licence.
(2)
If an average annual volume, worked out under section 51, is a condition of the water licence, the chief executive must have regard to that average annual volume.
