68 Conditions for taking water
In deciding the conditions on which water may be taken under the water allocation, the chief executive must have regard to—
(a)
the terms or conditions stated in the existing authorisation; and
(b)
if there were water sharing rules for the existing authorisation—the water sharing rules.
