88 Applications for dealing with water licences made before commencement
This section applies to an application for a dealing with a water licence, to take or interfere with water to which the repealed Water Plan (Condamine and Balonne) 2004 applied, if the application was made, but not decided, before the commencement.
If the granting of the application would be inconsistent with this plan had it been made after the commencement, the application is inconsistent with this plan.
Note—
See section 129 of the Act for the actions the chief executive must take if granting an application for a dealing with a water licence would be inconsistent with a water plan.
If the granting of the application would not be inconsistent with this plan had it been made after the commencement, the application is to be decided under this plan.
