70 Water licence to take unsupplemented surface water
A water licence to take unsupplemented surface water must state the following—
(a)
the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence;
(b)
the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence;
(c)
the daily volumetric limit for the licence;
(d)
the annual volumetric limit for the licence;
(e)
if a condition, including, for example, a flow condition or a condition about storing water taken under the licence, applies to the licence—the condition.
