77 Conditions giving effect to rules
(1)
Subsection (2) applies to any environmental management rules, infrastructure operating rules or water sharing rules included in the resource operations plan.
(2)
The chief executive must—
(a)
amend water licences in existence at the commencement of the resource operations plan to impose conditions giving effect to the rules; and
(b)
impose conditions giving effect to the rules on water licences granted after the commencement.
