25 Granting or reserving unallocated water from the general reserve
(1)
Unallocated water may be granted or reserved from the general reserve under a water entitlement to take unsupplemented water.
(2)
Each water entitlement must state, for the entitlement, the following—
(a)
the purpose for which the water may be taken;
(b)
the annual volumetric limit;
(c)
the maximum rate at which the water may be taken;
(d)
the flow conditions under which the water may be taken.
