In deciding the operating arrangements and supply requirements for water infrastructure, the chief executive must consider—

the impact of the infrastructure’s operation on the following—

water quality;

instream water levels;

erosion of the bed and banks of watercourses;

riparian vegetation;

the extent to which artificial variations in instream water levels and flows may adversely affect natural ecosystems;

recreation and aesthetic values;

cultural values, including, for example, cultural values of the traditional owners of the area; and

the impact of the infrastructure on the movement of fish and other aquatic species; and

the impact on natural ecosystems of the transfer of water between watercourses; and

the likelihood of fish deaths caused by the operation of the infrastructure; and

the joint operation of all the infrastructure; and

any system operating plan applying to the plan area; and

any regional water security program for the SEQ region.

Subsection (1) does not limit the matters the chief executive may consider.
