60 Amending water licences to take unsupplemented water
(1)
This section applies to a water licence to take unsupplemented water in force on the commencement of this plan.
(2)
The licence may be amended under a process in the resource operations plan to state the following—
(a)
the purpose for which water may be taken under the licence;
(b)
the annual volumetric limit for the licence;
(c)
the maximum rate at which water may be taken under the licence;
(d)
the flow conditions for the licence.
