2 Days in no flow periods
(1)
An environmental flow objective for surface water to which this plan applies is that at each node stated in column 1 of table 2 the performance indicator mentioned in subsection (2) must be no more than the percentage, of the total number of days in the simulation period, that is stated in column 2 of the table opposite the node.
(2)
The performance indicator is the total number of days in no flow periods.
(3)
In this section—
no flow period, for a node, means a continuous period—
(a)
that is more than 60 days; and
(b)
that is during the simulation period; and
(c)
during which daily water flows at the node are no more than 2ML per day.
