25 Particular decisions must be consistent with particular objectives
(1)
A decision must be consistent with—
(a)
the environmental flow objectives stated in section 21(1); and
(b)
the water allocation security objectives stated in section 22(1).
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision about a water permit.
