Nominal entitlement for water licences granted in accordance with unallocated water release processes

This section applies for working out, for section 44(1)(b), the nominal entitlement for a water licence to take water to which this plan applies that is granted after the commencement in accordance with an unallocated water release process.

(2)

The nominal entitlement for the licence must be the volume of water worked out in accordance with the unallocated water release process.
