7 Subcatchments and water management areas
(1)
The plan area is divided into subcatchments.
(2)
Each subcatchment is identified, by a letter, on the map in schedule 2, part 1 and is named in schedule 2, part 2.
(3)
A subcatchment may be referred to in this plan by its letter or by its name.
(4)
Each subcatchment is a water management area for schedule 4 of the Act, definition water management area, paragraph (b).
(5)
A water management area may be referred to in this plan by the letter or name of its subcatchment.
