141ZB Notifying commissioner of change of address
(1)
This section applies if an individual subject to a firearm prohibition order changes their residential address.
(2)
The individual must, within 7 days of the day the residential address changes, give the commissioner written notice of the change in the way prescribed by regulation.Maximum penalty—300 penalty units or 7 years imprisonment.
