200 Definitions for division
In this division—former, in relation to a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement of the transitional provision in which the term is used.new, in relation to a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force on the commencement of the transitional provision in which the term is used.transitional provision means a provision of this division.
