201 Particular existing applications—fit and proper person requirement
(1)
This section applies in relation to the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement of this section—
(a)
an application for a licence;
(b)
an application to renew a licence.
(2)
The following provisions apply in relation to the application—
(a)
new section 10B;
(b)
new section 10C;
(c)
new section 13;
(d)
new section 14.
