727 Application of ch 3, pt 3, div 5
(1)
Chapter 3, part 3, division 5 applies to a worker—
(a)
whether the worker’s injury was sustained before or after the commencement; and
(b)
whether the application for compensation for the injury was lodged before or after the commencement.
(2)
However, if the worker’s injury was sustained before the commencement, chapter 3, part 3, division 5 applies to the worker only if the worker’s injury had not, before the commencement, been assessed under section 179.
