729 Working out worker’s pneumoconiosis score before commencement
(1)
This section applies for the purpose of applying chapter 3, part 3, division 5 or part 10, division 5 to a worker whose injury was sustained before the commencement.
(2)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that nothing in this Act prevents the worker’s pneumoconiosis score being worked out, after the commencement, as at a day before the commencement.
