227 Deciding application—no assessable information
(1)
The chief executive must approve an application if the chief executive is not aware of any assessable information about the person who made the application.
(2)
However, for a working with children check (exemption) application, the chief executive may approve the application only if the chief executive is also satisfied further employment screening is not required.
