23 Hostel for children other than residential facility
A business is a regulated business if the usual activities of the business include, or are likely to include, operating a place, other than a residential facility, at which a child accommodation service is provided under funding provided by the Commonwealth or by the department in which the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 is administered. sch 1 s 23 (prev sch 1 s 15) ins 2004 No. 49 s 50(7)
