25 Non-State schools—directors of governing bodies and authorised persons
A person is taken to be a person carrying on a regulated business by being—
(a)
a director of the governing body of an accredited school under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017; or
(b)
an authorised person under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017.
