304K No longer disqualified person
(1)
The chief executive may cancel a person’s negative notice if the chief executive is satisfied—
(a)
the negative notice was issued because the person was a disqualified person; and
(b)
the person is no longer a disqualified person.
(2)
If the chief executive decides to cancel the person’s negative notice, the chief executive may decide to substitute a working with children authority if the chief executive is satisfied it is appropriate to issue the authority to the person.
