326 Police commissioner to advise chief executive if person ceases to be police officer
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the police commissioner is aware that—
(i)
the person has made a working with children check (exemption) application; or
(ii)
the person holds a working with children exemption; and
(b)
the person has ceased to be a police officer.
(2)
The police commissioner must notify the chief executive that the person is no longer a police officer.
