355 Effect of applicant for a review becoming a disqualified person
(1)
This section applies if a disqualified person made an application under section 354 before the person became a disqualified person.
(2)
The application and any proceeding in relation to the application must be dismissed—
(a)
if a proceeding in relation to the application is before a court—by the court; or
(b)
otherwise—by QCAT, even if the dismissal would be contrary to a direction of the Court of Appeal.
(3)
Any appeal by the person from a decision of QCAT on the application must be dismissed.
