375 Working with children card is evidence of authority
(1)
A working with children card issued to a person other than a police officer or registered teacher is evidence that the person holds a working with children clearance.
(2)
A working with children card issued to a police officer or registered teacher is evidence that the police officer or teacher holds a working with children authority.
