401 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may—
provide for procedures, processes and systems in relation to receiving, withdrawing, dealing with and deciding combined applications; and
prescribe fees payable under the Act and provide for the fees to be refunded or waived; and
provide for a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units for a contravention of a regulation.
Without limiting subsection (2), a regulation may prescribe a fee for the chief executive giving information under the Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005, section 15D.
