556 Expiry of eligibility declaration for new disqualifying offence
An eligibility declaration in force for a person immediately before the commencement ends if, on the commencement—
(a)
the person is a new disqualified person, whether or not the person is also a new relevant disqualified person; or
(b)
the person is the subject of a charge for a new disqualifying offence that has not been dealt with.
