561 Undecided reviews and appeals by new disqualified persons
This section applies if—
a person is a new disqualified person; and
immediately before the commencement—
an application, made by the person under section 354, for a review of a chapter 8 reviewable decision had not been decided or withdrawn; or
an appeal, started by the person under the QCAT Act, against a decision of QCAT relating to a chapter 8 reviewable decision had not been decided or withdrawn.
The application or appeal, and any proceeding in relation to the application or appeal, must be dismissed.
Subsection (2) applies to a proceeding before QCAT even if the dismissal would be contrary to a direction of the Court of Appeal.
