11 Transitional provision for purposes of section 49
A requirement of recommendation or consultation under section 49 does not apply in relation to the first regulations made under that section to the extent that the regulations are substantially the same as the Aboriginal Lands Trust (Umoona Community)
Regulations 2007 or the
Aboriginal Lands Trust (Yalata
Reserve) Regulations 2005, in each case as in force immediately before the commencement of this clause.
