23 Annual report
The Trust must, on or before 30 November in each year, deliver to the Minister a report on the administration of this Act and the activities of the Trust during the financial year ending on the preceding
30 June.
The report must—
include the information prescribed by the regulations in relation to the relevant financial year; and
incorporate the audited accounts of the Trust for the relevant financial year.
The Minister must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report under this section, have copies of the report laid before both Houses of
Parliament.
