24 Minister may require Trust to provide report
(1)
The Minister may, by notice in writing, require the Trust to prepare and submit to the Minister a report in relation to the exercise, or proposed exercise, of a function or power of the Trust under this
Act.
(2)
A report—
(a)
may relate to a specific matter, or the operations of the Trust generally; and
(b)
must be made in a manner and form determined by the Minister;
and
(c)
must be prepared and submitted to the Minister on or before the day specified in the notice.
