46 Manager may direct lessee
(1)
A manager of Trust Land may, by notice in writing, require the lessee or any person who has been involved in the management of the Trust Land to report to the manager on such matters relating to the management of the
Trust Land as may be specified in the notice.
(2)
A person who fails to comply with a requirement made under this section is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $5 000.
