Division 3Trust may appoint person to manage Trust Land
47 Offences
A person who—
(a)
hinders or obstructs a manager of Trust Land, or a person assisting a manager of Trust Land, in the exercise of powers or functions under this Act;
or
(b)
falsely represents, by words or conduct, that he or she is assisting a manager of Trust Land in the exercise of powers or functions under this Act, is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $5 000.
