48 Trust may enter into commercial transactions etc as it thinks fit
Without limiting
Part 4, but subject to subsection (2), the Trust may enter into such commercial or other transactions as it thinks fit (including, without limiting the generality of this subsection, acquiring and disposing of land for commercial or investment purposes).

The Trust may only enter into a transaction with a value (determined in accordance with the regulations) exceeding the prescribed amount with the written approval of the Minister.
