Status of land as park lands

In force

Except to the extent that is reasonably required in connection with the operation of Part 2 and

Part 3, the Minister should, in managing any part of the Adelaide Oval Licence Area, seek to protect and enhance the area as park lands for the use and enjoyment of members of the public.
