15 Transfer by proclamation
(1)
The Governor may, by proclamation—
(a)
transfer the employment of 1 or more employees of The University of Adelaide, or the University of South Australia, to Adelaide University; and
(b)
make transitional or ancillary provisions that may be necessary or expedient in the circumstances.
(2)
A proclamation under subclause (1) has effect according to its terms.
(3)
A transfer cannot occur under this clause without consultation with the university that has been the employer of the relevant employee or employees and Adelaide University.
