18 Preservation of rights and continuity of employment
(1)
A transfer of employment effected under this Division—
(a)
does not constitute a breach of the employee's contract of employment; and
(b)
does not affect a term of appointment, remuneration or other conditions of employment.
(2)
In addition, where a transfer of employment is effected under this Division—
(a)
the employee will be taken to have continuity of service and employment and the transfer will not break continuity of service; and
(b)
the employee's existing leave accruals will be recognised by Adelaide University.
